This service currently houses many datasources that retrieve CORE data for use by new reporting. There are many contributing teams/individuals and therefore ownership has become a problem here. Reporting team has recommended this be split up into separate SOA services, or some datasources can be migrated to use java datasource-framework, such that ownership can be broken down and clarified.
