Integration test suite for digest-builder-service. Uses Karate BDD and JUnit5/Retrofit to validate digest change detection and retrieval across EVENT_ORDER, EVENT_REGISTRANT, and EVENT_PRODUCT_REGISTRANT digest types in live environments.
