Stateless proxy that forwards ecommerce transaction and item data to Google Analytics. Supports both Universal Analytics (legacy `GET /collect`) and GA4 (`POST /mp/collect`) Measurement Protocol endpoints. Used by Flex Events to report registration-related purchases to GA.
